Where do you ship from?
All orders are packed and shipped from Sydney, Australia. We currently ship Australia-wide and are working on expanding internationally.
How long will my order take to arrive?
We aim to process all orders within 1-3 business days. Standard shipping usually takes 3-7 business days, depending on your location. Express shipping is also available with a delivery estimation of 1-3 days depending on location.. You'll receive a tracking number once your order is on the way.
What if I ordered the wrong size?
If your item doesn't fit quite right, you can return or exchange it within 14 days of delivery. Just make sure it's unworn, unwashed and has all original tags attached. Visit our Returns & Exchange page for full details.
Do you offer refunds?
Yes, we offer refunds on full priced items returned in original condition within 14 days. Sale items are final unless faulty. Refunds will be processed to your original payment method once your return is received and approved.
How do I use a discount?
